Yeah, what can I say, we were there for dinner today. We had reserved a table by phone, with the information that we would come with the voucher book, which wouldn't be a problem, which it wasn't in the end. The friendly lady had assigned us a table and we also ordered something to drink straight away, which came to the table very promptly, until then everything was very nice. When it came to ordering the food, the friendly waitress discovered the book and asked us BEFORE ordering if we could imagine not using the book to support the restaurant in this way. We don't have to make a decision immediately either, we should think twice. Dear restaurateur, We all live in the moment in difficult times and it is not easy for us. We understand the situation in the catering industry, but to encourage your employees to answer this question BEFORE ordering is more than unfortunate. We decided to redeem the voucher, and from this point on we felt less comfortable. The service asked us that we were served just like any other guest, but unfortunately the uncomfortable feeling remained. The food was really good, the service was very friendly, but the circumstances weren't. Perhaps it would be a possibility to ask the guest after the meal whether he would choose this variant? All the best and stay healthy.

In the restaurant you get both: friendly and brisk service. The location is easy to reach! The good transport connections make a jaunt there quickly possible. Try the unique cuisine, the guideline has something for everyone on the menu. We also find the prices completely fair.

The pizza was to die for. Otherwise you can only get it so well in family restaurants in Italy. And then the pizza was gluten-free, great. My wife also liked the gluten-containing pizza

Corona is not taken seriously here. We were there for the second time during Corona because we wanted to support our favorite Italian and both times part of the crew wears the mask under their chin or nose when they are directly at the table. When asked about it, you roll your eyes or talk yourself out of it. There is no reference to filling out the guest list. Although it is on display. You can just walk through it. Although there is very good food at a fair price, we will not go there until the end of the corona rules.

Very good Italian restaurant, with various fresh dishes. For us, this is the best pizza in all of Bochum for years. The atmosphere around the nice team from Da Carlo is very good, we feel very comfortable. And for me the restaurant Da Carlo deserves not 5 but 6 stars. We always like to come back.

The pizza was good, the service is friendly and the prices perfectly okay. But: - A corona concept for guests on site is not sufficient. The waitresses wear a mask, but in the narrow seats (less than 1.5 meters between foreign guests). No visitor data is recorded. - But then point out that it would be nice not to use the voucher book this time for reasons of Corona, in my opinion it does not fit with the inconsistent hygiene concept. They left it open to you whether you would use the 2: 1 offer. - Contrary to the information in the voucher book, card payments are no longer possible; that has been canceled. And as always, you are stared at in silence as if the operators were hoping that notes and coins would appear out of nowhere. Overall the first and last visit.

Super delicious authentic Italian food. The service is always great and very courteous. Any extra requests are dealt with and always try to please the guest.

The waitresses are very gracious and very accommodating every time. Every time we visit, that makes us a lot of fun. Something that I can really support are desserts. My boyfriend and I have now been there for the third time and have tried something new with every visit. The inn is easy to reach! The convenient transport connections make a food trip quick and easy, I haven't been so impressed by a restaurant in a long time.

Carlo always manages to surprise us with new culinary variations! A real Italian who knows what tastes good.

We ate very delicious. To start off there were small Bruschettabrötchen and warm rolls with herb butter the one jam the waiting deliciously. The whole is really not too expensive with the coupon book. We were not there for the first time, but certainly not for the last time. Have already eaten with friends there and the cozy will come back.
